Turn your best locations into
the standard for the rest
You’re responsible for keeping all your locations running to the same standard, but you can’t be inside every one of them. Tell Jules is how you get a direct view into what’s happening across your franchises.
Jules has a real conversation with each person, by phone or chat
It asks follow-up questions to get the detail behind each problem or idea
You get one clear view of the problems and fixes from across your network
What your locations know often reaches you too late
Across a large franchise network, the people on the ground usually see the issue first. Whether you run restaurants, clinics, car washes, gyms, or home-services franchises, Tell Jules surfaces what your people already know.
Problems surface late
By the time an issue reaches HQ, it may already be affecting multiple locations.
Your numbers show what happened
Sales, labor, audits, and customer scores show the result. They rarely explain what caused it.
Execution varies by location
Some locations follow the process. Others struggle with it, change it, or work around it.
Good ideas stay local
One franchisee finds a better way to work, but the rest of the network never sees it.
Rollouts create hidden friction
New systems, promos, suppliers, and policies can create problems on the ground before leadership hears about them.
Feedback loses detail on the way up
As information moves through managers and franchisees, the context behind the issue can disappear.
Make every location better with what your whole network already knows
Tell Jules helps you catch recurring problems earlier, spread proven fixes faster, and turn what your best locations learn into better performance across the network.

From franchise owners to the people closest to the work
Tell Jules gives HQ a network-wide view while each franchisee keeps control of their own team and sees what’s happening in their locations.
Hear the bigger issues they want HQ to act on, from supplier and technology problems to costly requirements, rollout friction, and new ideas.
See the operational detail behind performance, including training gaps, equipment issues, recurring customer complaints, and fixes that already work locally.
Hear what customers keep asking for, where shifts slow down, what keeps breaking, and which workarounds teams rely on.
Hear from your whole network, see it in one view
Hear from people across your network, then see it all sorted into one place you can act on.
Deploy it across your network
Participating franchisees share who they want Jules to hear from. There’s nothing to install, no app to download, and no IT project to manage.
Employees talk with Jules at any time it’s convenient for them
Employees call a number or open a chat on company time, whenever they have some downtime. Conversations take about seven minutes on average, and Jules asks follow-up questions to get the detail behind each problem or idea.
See what the network is telling you
Everything comes together in one place. Spot patterns, compare locations, and prioritize what to act on first. Each franchisee gets their own view, too.
The questions on every franchise leader’s mind
Can I roll this out across independent franchisees?
Yes. You launch it where you see appropriate and invite your locations. Participation is voluntary, and each franchisee gets their own view of what their team surfaces, so it helps them run a better business, not just report up to you. That shared benefit is usually what gets owners on board.
What does corporate see, and what does each franchisee see?
You both see the same things: the problems worth fixing and the ideas worth a closer look. Corporate sees them across the whole network, and each franchisee sees what came from their own franchise.
What comes back depends on the situation. Sometimes corporate sees that a franchisee needs more support. Sometimes a franchisee sees that their own employees want a change corporate has been pushing for too. Other times it's a long list of practical ideas everyone already agrees should get done.
Does this make me a joint employer, or put me in my franchisees’ HR?
Tell Jules is built for operational listening. It asks what gets in the way of running the location well, and it isn’t a channel for corporate to direct anyone’s employees. It doesn’t ask about individual performance, scheduling, or discipline, and your franchisees keep running their own teams, so you get visibility without stepping into how they employ people.
Can responses be confidential?
Yes. You choose attributed or confidential. If you choose confidential, leadership only sees a summary of the problems and ideas, with no names and no way to tell who said what.
How do you handle privacy and the data?
We hold your people's data to strict privacy and security standards, and the full detail is on our security page. We never use your data to train AI models. The conversations run on infrastructure that meets standards like HIPAA and SOC 2, and data is kept for a limited time and deleted on request.
How does Jules tell an isolated problem from a network-wide pattern?
Jules hears the same kinds of conversations across every location, then groups what repeats. One store mentioning a slow checkout is a data point. The same thing across 30 stores is a pattern, and you can see which it is before you decide what to fix.
Can I compare locations, regions, and franchisees?
Yes. Everything comes together in one place, so you can compare locations, regions, franchisees, or store types, and see where a problem or a good idea is concentrated.
What would Jules tell us that our surveys, field visits, audits, and dashboards don’t?
Your surveys, field visits, audits, and dashboards flag what's happening. Jules goes further, holding a real conversation about each problem and the ideas that might fix it, so you get back a richer set of actions to take on the issues those tools raise.
How do we know Jules is actually improving the network?
You see it in what surfaces and what you do with it. Jules shows you the problems and the fixes your locations raise, you decide which ones to act on, and you can track the changes you roll out across the network. The improvement comes from acting on what you hear, so you measure it against the same location metrics you already watch.
Will people actually take part?
People take part because it’s easy and it’s theirs. In our pilots, people tell us they enjoy talking to Jules. It listens, asks real follow-up questions, and lets them explain what they see in their own words, and for many it's the first time someone's asked in a way that clearly goes somewhere.
Do people need an app, account, or company email?
No. People call a number or open a chat. There’s no app to download, no account to create, and no company email required, so the people serving customers can take part even if they never touch a company system.
Does Jules work in multiple languages?
Yes. Tell Jules speaks 55 languages and counting, so each person can talk in the one they’re most comfortable using and explain what they actually see instead of flattening it into a second language.
Do we need to integrate with our POS, HRIS, or other systems?
No. Tell Jules works from a roster of who to hear from, with nothing to install and nothing to connect. If your team wants to weigh what surfaces against your POS or other data they can, but there’s no integration to build first.
Can we point Jules at a specific rollout, promo, or question?
Yes. You can aim Jules at a specific rollout, supplier change, promotion, or process, before or after it goes live, and hear straight from your locations what’s working and where it’s getting stuck. You can also keep it open and let people raise whatever is getting in the way.
