Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and interaction patterns.

Tell Jules Ownership: We do not own aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data derived from use of the Service but may use it to improve the platform.
Client Controls: You control access, retention, and deletion of your data. Upon termination of your subscription or pilot, we will delete your data within thirty (30) days, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., backups).
 
5. Data Security
 
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:
 
Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Access controls, role-based permissions, and multi-factor authentication.

Employee interview data is retained for the duration of your subscription or pilot plus a reasonable period for backup and compliance (typically up to ninety (90) days after termination, unless otherwise agreed).

Tell Jules operates primarily in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws.
