Your plants already know how to
hit the numbers you’re chasing
The people closest to the work already know where output is being lost, where quality drifts, where a line keeps stopping, and the better ways to run. Tell Jules is how they tell you.
Jules talks with your people across every plant and shift
It turns every conversation into a short, structured view for leadership to assess, both the problems worth fixing and the better ways to run
You hit the numbers you’re chasing with the wins your own people already see
What your plant floor knows gets harder to see the higher up you are
Your operators and shift leads spot problems and fixes every day. Spread across lines, shifts, and sites, most of it loses detail before it reaches anyone who can act.
Most of your workforce isn’t sitting at a desk
They run equipment all day, and many have no company email, so the usual feedback tools never reach them.
A fix in one plant often stays in one plant
One site solves a problem while another keeps paying for it, because there's no easy way to share what works.
Huddles and Kaizen only capture part of the floor
They're valuable, but the shifts, lines, and sites that aren't there hold input you never hear.
The floor sees problems before they reach your KPIs
Operators catch the slow cycle, the recurring jam, the workaround, long before it shows up as scrap or downtime.
Discover where your next gains in output, cost, and safety are hiding
Tell Jules adds the frontline context behind your MES and quality data, so you can see what is affecting performance and what your teams already know could improve it.
Find more output in the lines you already run
Hear where teams see bottlenecks, slow changeovers, recurring stops, and other friction across plants and shifts, along with the changes they believe would help the line run better.
“The changeover on line 3 takes us almost two hours because the fixtures don’t line up. We run it four times a day and just eat the downtime.”
Line lead·line 3
You recover the downtime from a changeover fix nobody ever logged.
Get closer to the root cause of scrap and rework
Hear what operators see behind repeat defects, scrap, rework, and process waste, including patterns and improvement ideas that may never show up in a quality report.
“We scrap the first twenty cases every startup because the seal runs cold until the machine warms up. We’ve done it for years.”
Packaging operator·line startup
You name the scrap source before it hits your variance.
Surface safety risks earlier
Give people an easy way to share near-misses, unsafe conditions, and recurring shortcuts they see during the workday, so your team has more opportunities to address risks before they become incidents.
“There’s a valve up on the catwalk you can only reach by leaning over the rail. Someone’s going to get hurt, and we’ve all just learned to be careful.”
Line operator·catwalk access
You fix the hazard before it turns into an incident.
Keep more plant knowledge inside the business
Capture the fixes, workarounds, and process knowledge experienced operators and technicians have built over years, while also learning what could make their jobs better and help you retain them.
“Dave’s the only one who knows how to coax that old press through a run without it jamming. He retires in the spring, and none of it is written down anywhere.”
Shift lead·the press nobody else can run
You capture the fix only one person knows before they retire.
Discover the problems and ideas your people already know about,
ready for you to triage and act on
Tell Jules brings together what people are seeing across lines, shifts, and sites, each one framed with the money at stake, the risk to manage, and the teams who should own it.
The cost savings and better ways to work your teams already see
Surface employee ideas for faster changeovers, lower-cost specs, better processes, and new ways to use existing capacity.
“We buy a part from an outside vendor that we could make right here, on the press that sits idle half of every shift.”
Idea · from the people running the lineThe root cause and the fix together
Capture the issues operators see every day, what they believe is causing them, and the changes that could solve them.
“The line keeps clogging because the product’s cut too large. The fix lives in a recipe another team owns.”
Problem + solution · sauce line operatorEvery problem comes framed to get you to a decision faster
Each problem and idea arrives with the framing to act on it: the P&L line it touches and how to size it, the risk and how to manage it, and the teams who should lead. You get what you need to triage fast, without spinning up a months-long study.

There’s nothing to install, no app to download, and no IT project to manage.
Employees talk with Jules at any time it’s convenient for them
Employees call a number or open a chat on company time, whenever they have some downtime. Conversations take about seven minutes on average, and Jules asks follow-up questions to get the detail behind each problem or idea.
See what your plants are telling you in one place
Feedback from every plant, shift, and role comes together in one app. See what's coming up across sites, compare them, and prioritize the opportunities worth acting on first.
The questions on every plant leader’s mind
How do people take part if most of my team doesn’t have a computer?
By phone or through a link. There’s no app to download and no account to create, so the people you need to hear from, operators, maintenance techs, and shift leads, can take part even if they never touch a company system.
What if my people don’t all speak English?
Tell Jules speaks 55 languages and counting, covering the vast majority of the world’s population, so each person can speak in the one they’re most comfortable using. In a multilingual plant that matters, because people explain what they actually see in their own words instead of flattening the detail to get through it in a second language.
How does this work on the floor without stopping the line?
People don’t all do it at once. Each person has a short conversation, about seven minutes, by phone or chat, at their own convenience, so it fits around production and nothing has to come off the line to make it happen. Your night and weekend crews take part the same way, and those are the crews a scheduled plant visit rarely reaches.
Does it work across all my plants, and can I compare sites?
Yes. Tell Jules reaches every site and shows the patterns across them, so what one plant already worked out can surface for the others instead of staying stuck where no one else sees it.
Does Jules understand real plant problems?
Yes. Jules already knows manufacturing: the language, how a plant runs, and where things go wrong. Your people talk changeovers, line speed, scrap, downtime, or quality without explaining the basics, and Jules asks the right follow-ups. What comes back reads like it came from someone who’s spent time on the floor.
We already have an MES and a quality system. How is this different?
Your MES and quality system log what fits a predetermined field: a downtime reason, a defect, a shortage. Tell Jules covers what has no field: the workaround an operator’s run by hand for months, the cost-cutting spec change stuck in another department, the changeover that drags every shift and shows up on no work order, the real reason people leave. Jules draws those out in conversation and organizes them next to the data you already track.
Can responses be confidential? My people won't flag a safety issue otherwise.
Yes. You choose attributed or confidential. If you choose confidential, leadership only sees a summary of the problems and ideas, with no names and no way to tell who said what.
We already run Kaizen events and daily huddles. Where does Tell Jules fit?
Keep running them. Tell Jules helps you hear from the shifts, sites, and less vocal people those programs don’t reach, and what surfaces feeds straight into the improvement work you already have underway.
We’re a union environment. Does that change anything?
It depends on your relationship with your unions, so it's worth a conversation early. Taking part is always voluntary and can be confidential, and Tell Jules never monitors individuals or tracks performance. We've run it successfully in heavily unionized utilities.
How do you handle privacy and my people’s data?
We hold your people's data to strict privacy and security standards, and the full detail is on our security page. We never use your data to train AI models. The conversations run on infrastructure that meets standards like HIPAA and SOC 2, and data is kept for a limited time and deleted on request.
Is this just another AI bot my people will tune out?
Instead of listening to an AI bot, they are getting a megaphone to be heard. What comes back is your people’s own words, gathered in a real conversation and organized so you can act on them. Jules doesn’t invent findings or guess at answers. It asks, listens, and organizes what people actually said, so what you read is your team, in their own words.
