ABOUT US
Find the costly problems hiding inside your organization, based on input from the teams closest to the work
Tell Jules talks with your entire workforce, digs past the surface answer to deeply understand each problem, and brings you the specific issues and solutions your people already see across your whole operation.
What we stand for
The answer is already in the building
The people closest to the work already see the problems and the fixes. The job is to surface what stays trapped in silos, habits, and silence.
The barrier is the missing mechanism, not the people
When good ideas stay buried, it is because no one built a way to surface them — not because anyone failed to care.
“Closest to the work” means everyone
Across every site, shift, and role, the people closest to the work see things that never make it up to the people who run the operation.
Specific enough to act on
Each idea comes with the detail behind it, the specific problem and the reasoning, so you can tell a real problem from noise and act with confidence.
Made for operations at scale
Multi-location, operationally complex companies
Operations spread across many sites, shifts, and roles, where the people who see the problems are far from the room where decisions get made. Common in retail, logistics, hospitality, and manufacturing.
COOs, VPs of Operations, line-of-business heads, and regional leaders
People accountable for an operation with too many layers between them and the work to see it all at the level of detail they would need to fix it themselves. Escalations, dashboards, and manager reports take them only so far.
Two decades of turning employee knowledge into earnings
Tell Jules is built on Idea Harvest™, the method Jeremy Eden and Terri Long used for thirty years at their firm, Harvest Earnings, to pull operational knowledge out of Fortune 1000 companies and put it to work. It always started in the same place: the people closest to the work, who already knew what was broken and how to fix it.
Their book on it, Low-Hanging Fruit: 77 Eye-Opening Ways to Improve Productivity and Profits, became a New York Times bestseller.
What changed is reach. What once required a team in the building now runs as software. Tell Jules talks with your whole operation, surfaces the specific problems and ideas your people already see, and gives you a clear place to start.
"For over twenty years, Jeremy and I helped Fortune 1000 companies turn what their own employees knew into real improvements. Tell Jules is how we bring that to any company."

Companies kept looking in the wrong place
For years we watched companies hire outside firms to find what was broken inside their own operation, then pay a fortune for a polished version of what their own people already knew. The people who run the operation already know where it is breaking. They have rarely had a way to get what they know to the people who can act on it.
The people closest to the work already have the answers. Tell Jules came from going straight to them, at scale — drawing out the specific problems and ideas they see, and delivering them to you as a clear place to start. Most methods for finding what is broken ask a few people and take months. Tell Jules asks everyone and gets you findings fast.
The people who created the method
Terri Long
Founder & Co-CEO
Jeremy Eden
Founder & Co-CEO
Before joining forces, Jeremy was with McKinsey when he realized that it's the employees inside a company, not outside consultants, who know best how to improve it.
Meanwhile, Terri built a career in corporate banking before joining Jeremy. They met in the mid-90s when Terri was Jeremy’s client, and they quickly saw they were in lock step on how companies could grow earnings and improve the customer experience.
Jeremy and Terri have advised Fortune 1000 CEOs at companies including Computershare, PNC Financial, H.J. Heinz, Manpower, American Eagle Outfitters and many more.
In addition, to running Harvest Earnings, today, they co-lead Tell Jules, making available a powerhouse employee feedback tool to nearly any size company. Jeremy and Terri co-authored Low-Hanging Fruit, 77 Eye-Opening Ways to Improve Productivity and Profits, one of Wiley's most-translated titles, now in ten languages.
Terri earned her B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Jeremy holds a B.A. in History from Yale College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
