Tell Jules has created a new category of operational intelligence software, built on three decades of Harvest Earnings' Idea Harvest™ methodology. Free trials are open now.
Today we launched Jules, the AI voice agent inside Tell Jules, built to surface the operational problems, fixes, and ideas that rarely fit inside a survey or a suggestion box.
Employees talk with Jules by phone or chat, it asks the follow-up questions a senior leader would ask if they had unlimited time, and each conversation becomes a structured finding your team can triage and route.
Free trials are open to any leader who wants to see what their own people already know.
The problem Tell Jules is built to solve
Most leaders of large workforces have the same complaint. Operational data reaches them late, filtered through three or four layers of management, with the messy parts sanded down. The people who actually know where the friction lives, the ones running the line or the route or the store, are unlikely to fill out a survey or log into an innovation portal.
"We can now bring companies the ability to learn what their employees already know about improving their business," said Jeremy Eden, co-founder of Tell Jules. "The ideas that move earnings are sitting with the people closest to the work. We built Jules to go get them."
Tell Jules works differently from the engagement tools of the last decade. Employees reach Jules through a link or a phone number the company shares, at their convenience, for a conversation that runs about 7 minutes by phone or chat, in virtually any language. It runs from a simple list of names and skips the logins, accounts, and sentiment scoring that come with most tools.
What sits under the hood
Tell Jules is built on the Idea Harvest™ methodology developed by Harvest Earnings, a continuous-improvement practice with more than 30 years of field work behind it.
What's new is the delivery. The methodology no longer requires human interviewers, weeks of scheduling, or a standing project-management office. Jules takes the interview layer and runs it as conversational AI, at a scale a human team cannot match.
Every conversation feeds one sortable set of findings. Each one lays out the problem, the fix the employee would make, the financial and risk questions worth asking before you act, and who to involve.
The reports use Harvest Earnings' GreenHouse™ reporting method.
The new category: operational intelligence
Tell Jules sits adjacent to the engagement-software market. The product surfaces what employees know about the operation: the specific problems they see and the fixes they would make. That is a different job than measuring sentiment, and it calls for a different kind of tool.
"Engagement surveys give you a score. Tell Jules gives you a pipeline of specific, fixable problems, each with the fix an employee would make. The printer that jams above three pages. The schedule that wastes thirty minutes a shift. The new system that doubles a task. Those are the singles and doubles that add up to real runs. You won't need to swing for the fences," said Terri Long, co-founder.
"Operational intelligence" is a deliberate distinction from both engagement tools and traditional consulting work. The first leaders to run Tell Jules have come from Operations, Human Resources, and store operations at companies with large hourly or deskless workforces.
